(9:48 am - 02.02.2003 - passion makes life worth living? - i feel  ) i've got plans today! since i received my two glorious mixes from abigail, i'm going for a nice sunday drive, so i can listen to them while looking for this stupid mall. on tuesday the new juliana theory cd comes out, and if you buy it at a specific store, you get a ticket to an acoustic show, before the actual concert. but of course, i have no clue where this store is, so i'm off to find it before tuesday. wish me luck. and thank you, thank you, thank you miss aotm queen! aside from that, not too much going on. fighting with mark is wearing me down. i hate this stupid temper that i have. i scream and raise my voice, when it's not necessary. i have my dad to thank for that. at least i'm not an alcoholic.... yet. and apparently, in my area, here in southwestern pennsylvania, the drug of choice and most availability is heroin. quite interesting. myself, i've never experimented with any drugs besides alcohol and caffeine. but, i guess everyone has a vice. some might look down on others for being addicted to drugs, but those same people might have their own "addiction" that aren't brought into the social spectrum of addictions. the addictions that "aren't so bad". i.e. sex, food, exercise. whatever. i don't know what i was trying to accomplish with that paragraph. i don't think they should name any space shuttles starting with the letter c. columbia, challenger. it doesn't seem to be the smartest choice anymore. the astonauts were completely aware of the risk of space travel, and they accepted that risk. they're probably in a better place now anyhow. why is everyone so obsessed with tradegy? and why when something awful like this happens, someone, a reporter, or even the president always brings up september 11th? never fail. and i quote: the loss of seven explorers of space's dark reaches brought a new round of grief to a nation still in mourning after the terrorist attacks of sept. 11, 2001." good grief. on sunday mornings, the radio station i listen to always played good 80's songs for awhile. i found it pretty ironic that they started off the show with ground control to major tom by bowie. coincidence? heh. every once in awhile, i like to add up all the members in all my diaryrings. currently it stands at 1217. why do i care? i'm such a loser! this is major tom to ground control-i'm stepping through the door-and i'm floating in a most peculiar way-and the stars look very different today ~*~liz i had a dream about this guy at work, and wow, was it amazing. << - >> if you really loved me, you'd buy me presents |
